For customers outside the USA:
All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately Cozy Artist Ave has no influence over the custom charges and/or tariffs that are mandated by your government and are subject to frequent change.
Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Gradually I will begin adding more countries.
How long does packing take?
All items are made to order. As I am the sole operator of my small business I do my best to pack and send orders out within 3-5 days of their placement. However, since I am packing all orders myself, it may take up to 7 days in high traffic times. (e.g. launches, updates or new product releases)
How long does shipping take?
Within the USA, orders can arrive within 2-8 business days.
International orders may take 6-12 days.
If you haven't received your order after 14 business days, please reach out.
Where do you source your products?
All Cozy Artist Ave products are designed, printed, and packaged myself.
Lost, Delayed and Damaged Packages
Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.
Although I put all my heart and soul into my work, I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Please reach out to your local mail carrier. Also, contact me with any questions or concerns about your order and I will do my best to help where I can.
My order arrived incomplete or incorrect
For incorrect and incomplete orders please reach at cozyartistave@gmail.com with a picture of your item and your receipt so I can inspect the problem and resolve the issue.
I made a mistake while ordering, can I still change it?
Email cozyartistave@gmail.com as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist you. Please be advised that orders that have already been shipped out cannot be edited.
Return Policy
Cozy Artist Ave has a no return policy at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason I will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
